Our History
Founded by members of the community thirty-six years ago, Tidelands Community Hospice has been providing care, comfort, and support to anyone in need of hospice care regardless of their ability to pay or life situation. New Paragraph
Our Mission
Our mission is to create awareness of Tidelands Community Hospice services and to support end-of-life care through services provided by Tidelands Community Hospice in Georgetown, Horry, and Williamsburg counties.
It’s important that at the end of life no person should be without hope, no person should be without the smallest of life’s necessities, no family should be without support, and no adult or child in our community should be without comfort and support when grieving the loss of a loved one.

Our vision is to make the end of life as meaningful and fulfilling as possible.
Tidelands Community Hospice Foundation’s Commitment
The Foundation is committed to supporting core hospice services, including charity care, bereavement support, community education, and additional programs provided by Tidelands Community Hospice to patients, their families, and to members of the community.
